Overview
I started my career in coding and design, possessing the ability to create application experiences that are both logical and achievable. Over the years, I have been responsible for the strategic planning and execution of user-centered software solutions. These skills and experiences have led me into the emerging field of Software User Experience.
My background in anthropology, psychology and programming, coupled with my studies in design and communication, have become essential skills entering this emerging field. I pride myself as an early adopter and ongoing advocate of user-centered design and experiences. Always learning and exploring, I enjoy what I do.
Let's create solutions together.
Achievements
During this time, my enthusiasm for my work has led to some achievements and recognitions. In my field, as in most, none of these were accomplished alone. Many of these achievements came through working with the most talented people on some of the most exciting challenges. I pride myself on working with others in ways that challenge them and myself to reach new levels.
Here are a few important highlights:

I spent time with my colleagues in Pune, India, to ramp up development and deployment of the design and development of sprint planning and implementation. The majority of the recognition focused around my adaptability to various tasks within the project as they arose.
Solid Performer of the Month - Perficient (3 times for Halliburton)
As stated above, individual achievements led to the yearly recognition. The first award was for working with PO’s and SME’s to define the product for sprint planning. The second award was for my contributions to the design library system and information architecture. The third award was for my efforts to provide standards for design and documentation handoff which led to my deployment overseas for project kick-off dates.
